This is where 35+ years of hands-on experience shows. Mouldings and trim are straightened, trued back to shape and their dents carefully worked out — getting the shape and surface right before any polish goes near it. We keep our exact methods in-house, but the principle is simple: we repair the metal sympathetically, removing only what's needed to bring it back, so the piece stays sound and can be restored again one day if it's ever needed. It's restoration done to last, not a quick cover-up.
